               蝸輪傳動(dòng)與帶傳動(dòng)的主要區別和特點(diǎn)是蝸輪傳動(dòng)比大,帶傳動(dòng)比??;蝸輪傳動(dòng)為垂直傳動(dòng),帶傳動(dòng)為平行傳動(dòng);蝸輪傳動(dòng)矩離小,帶傳動(dòng)距離大;蝸輪傳動(dòng)效率低,帶傳動(dòng)效率略高;蝸輪結構復雜,成本相對較高。

        一、減速帶的傳動(dòng)特點(diǎn)

              傳動(dòng)結構簡(jiǎn)單,傳動(dòng)穩定,緩沖吸振,軸間距大,多軸傳動(dòng)功率大,成本低,無(wú)潤滑,維護方便,廣泛應用于現代機械傳動(dòng)。摩擦帶傳動(dòng)能過(guò)載打滑,運行噪音低,但傳動(dòng)比不準確(滑動(dòng)率低于百分之二)﹔同步帶傳動(dòng)可以保證傳動(dòng)同步,但對載荷變化的吸收能力稍差,高速運行時(shí)會(huì )產(chǎn)生噪聲。帶式傳動(dòng)不僅用于傳遞動(dòng)力,還用于輸送材料和整個(gè)零件列。

        二、蝸輪減速機蝸桿傳動(dòng)的特點(diǎn)

        (1)自鎖。蝸桿的螺旋升角很小時(shí),蝸桿只能驅動(dòng)蝸輪傳動(dòng),而蝸輪不能驅動(dòng)蝸桿旋轉。

        (2)蝸桿傳動(dòng)效率低,一般認為蝸桿傳動(dòng)效率低于齒輪傳動(dòng)。特別是自鎖蝸桿傳動(dòng)效率低于0.5,一般效率只有0.7~0.9。

        (3)發(fā)熱量大,齒面易磨損,成本高。

        (4)傳動(dòng)比大,結構緊湊。蝸桿頭數用Z1表示,蝸輪齒數用Z2表示。從傳動(dòng)比公式I=Z2/Z1可以看出,當Z1=1,即蝸桿為單頭時(shí),蝸桿必 須轉動(dòng)Z2才能轉動(dòng)蝸輪,因此可以獲得很大的傳動(dòng)比。一般來(lái)說(shuō),在動(dòng)力傳動(dòng)中,傳動(dòng)比l=10-80;在分度機構中,I可達1000。這么大的傳動(dòng),比如齒輪傳動(dòng),需要多級傳動(dòng),所以蝸桿傳動(dòng)結構緊湊,體積小,重量輕。

        (5)傳動(dòng)平穩,無(wú)噪音。由于蝸桿齒是一種連續的螺旋齒,它與蝸輪齒嚙合時(shí)是連續的。蝸桿齒不進(jìn)出嚙合,工作平穩,沖擊、振動(dòng)、噪音低。
